Fractional Services

Fractional support is ideal if you're looking for added capacity that is embedded directly in your team. It provides scope flexibility and ongoing support.

Consider this engagement if:

  • you have multiple initiatives that require extra capacity

  • you have a short-term leave to cover or an ongoing vacancy

  • you just need longer-term support with strategy and/or execution

  • your needs may evolve over time to need visioning/clarifying support, project management, communications strategy, change management

  • you want guaranteed hours for 6-12 months​​​

20 hours / month

You are looking for approximately 5 hours of support each week. This time can be dedicated for developing a project/program, coaching team members, regular advising, or strategy development.​  

40 hours / month

You are looking for approximately 10 hours of support each week. You might have an accelerated timeline for a single project, or need development support for multiple initiatives. You would benefit from a mix of both strategy and implementation support or you might be covering a short-term vacancy or increased workload.

60 hours / month

You are looking for 15 hours of support each week. Your team would benefit from extra capacity in one or more areas. You have multiple priorities that need support from strategy to design to implementation. You might be filling a temporary leave or seeking support until you can hire a full time employee.
